Our Winter Member Gathering will be held on Saturday, March 16, from 12:30-3:00pm. We’ll meet at the Pomegranate Cafe, 55 S. Commons Drive in Aurora. Like last year, we’ll give you a brief LWVAA update, answer any questions you have, listen to ideas you want to share and enjoy each other’s company and conversation! Please RSVP so we can make plans with the cafe for seating. We will order off the menu and get individual checks.
If you can attend and wish to donate any of the following items to the Aurora Food Pantry for those in need in our communities please bring them, we will deliver them to the food pantry. Needed items are: canned fruits in their own juice, pinto beans (dried or canned), whole grain cereal, canned protein (chicken, tuna, beef, pork), peanut butter, jelly, pancake mix, syrup, cooking oil (olive or canola), baby wipes, diapers (sizes 3-6), adult diapers (medium-XL), menstrual pads.
