On January 6th, during the Batavia City Council meeting, Mayor Schielke presented the League of Women Voters with a proclamation declaring February 14, 2020 as League of Women Voters Day!

The proclamation recognizes the 100th anniversary of the Illinois chapter of the League of Women Voters chartered on February 14th, 1920.
