Your membership supports the League, and we welcome you to become involved in ways that are right for you. Some members choose to support our work solely with their membership, and that support is welcomed and sincerely appreciated. Others want to roll up their sleeves and get to work as a volunteer. We have plenty of work to do, and these are some of the ways our volunteers can serve: 

• register new voters at schools, community events, and naturalization ceremonies (training provided)
• help at candidate events and public forums on topics of interest
• produce Vote411.org, our online voter guide
• update our Citizen's Guide to Representative Government, a comprehensive directory of government offices, elected officials, and voting information
• participate with the League at many community events
• plan and host Lunch with the League, our monthly public speaker series featuring community leaders and experts
• serve on many committees:  fundraising, publicity, events, budget, nominations, and more
• serve on our board of directors, which directs the activities of the League and sets our policies
