The public is invited to the LWV program May 18th, 7:00pm at the Ames Public Library.  Karen Kedrowski, Professor of Political Science and Director of the Carrie Chapman Catt Center for Women and Poliotics, will cover the history of the Equal Rights Amendment, from it's introduciton in 1923 to the present, including the current efforts to ratify the amendment.
