for the 58th Anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. "I Have a Dream" Speech March March On For Voting Rights, will be held in various cities across American on Saturday, August 28, 2021. Voting rights advocates (like you) across the USA will gather on the 58th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.’s historic March on Washington and "I Have a Dream" speech to celebrate, and remember his vision calling on the nation to rise up and live out the true meaning of its constitution that “All men Are Created Equal”. It is important to add our voices to support federal voting rights protection For All.

The Ames March will begin at 8:30 AM at Brookside Park; we will march from Brookside Park to the front side of City Hall. The March will end with a “Voter Registration” opportunity.
