  • Study existing and proposed healthcare policies and issues and provide public forums and information on the issues.
  • Support quality and affordable healthcare for all U.S. residents.
  • Monitor proposed changes to ACA
  • Ensure inclusion of behavioral health as part of a basic level of care
  • Continue to focus on the community and current health related concerns.
  • Hold public forums to  educate and inform the public about health issues in legislation
  • Provide information and resources available that address the mental and physical health needs of a diverse community.
