Crisp and beautiful fall day, good vibes on the great weather we've been having for our "Stand Outs". Saturday, November 1st, 2025 was our 30th peaceful protest. 15 people, lots of positives and a couple of really cool hats!
We have had such great weather for our peaceful protests. Our 29th was quieter than the "No Kings" of last week, but we still had 15 wonderful folks join in the fight for Democracy and our first amendment rights.
85 outstanding protesters standing out for LWV Hamilton-Wenham No Kings Rally! The number of peaceful protesters that showed up for our 28th was almost double our previous record of 45 (June 14, 2025). The weather was perfect.
Another beautiful day; you would never believe it was October already. 15 peaceful protesters: some new faces, many regulars and a few we had not seen in awhile, which is just the mix we like!
Hamilton was hopping on September 27th, with the Children’s Business Fair happening at Winthrop spilling out on to the front lawn! To accommodate this wonderful event our peaceful protesters moved across Bay Road and stood out in support of democracy, free speech, and the rule of law! Attendance was light with one stalwart Steering Committee Member and 6 additional Peaceful Protesters
Our Fall Kick-Off Social was a lot of fun and filled with great information and conversation.-we enjoyed a lovely evening at Post on Monday with several League members, our three MA state reps, and Jennifer Muroff from LWVMA who gave us great information and resources on three due process bills working their way through the state legislature
Another beautiful day, another Stand Out. Resistance is not futile! Two days until the beginning of Fall, but there will be no falls for our peaceful protesters, just Outstanding folks! We had a total of 18! Very busy with a Volleyball car wash (our car is squeaky clean) and the annual Hamilton Public Safety Day!
