Seven Stalwart Souls Stood Out on Saturday! Beautiful day, but the winds were blowing us around, but we stood firm and no signs were lost. Need them for next week, so hope to see you there. Peace and love to all humanity.
The count was down from last week, but the wind was up. It was whipping and wuthering, but 8 of us stood out against the force of the squalls that are blowing in our nation's capital.
The third No Kings event was a success! I counted 180 at about 11:45, however, there were a lot of folks that came and left early, so I would say we could have been close to 200 at our maximum count-so satisfying and uplifting.

On March 21st, a dozen, dynamic, daring and dauntless dissenters stood out for our 50th stand out for democracy. We hope you will join us this Saturday, March 28th for our 51st Stand Out and No Kings 3 event.
Cold and damp, windy and no sun, but we were back on the Winthrop School side. Snow is melting! 16 in total including a couple of young ones, running around and having a great time.

March 7, 2026, rather a dreary day, no sun, but 10 stalwarts stood out. But the smiles were sunny and the mood was positive! Thanks for all the beeps, waves and thumbs up. You make it worth our while!

The sun was shining on the snow, really a beautiful day to be protesting peacefully. A journalist from our wonderful H-W News stopped and interviewed us, and took some pictures. 16 champions for democracy standing out.

While the temperature was not as low as some Saturdays, it was pretty cold with the wind and no sun. Started with just two of us, but 5 more "regulars" joined us, shortly. Lots of waves and beeps.
Back in business! Last week was the first time we had to cancel, due to a parking ban and the snow coming down. A couple of us commented that it seemed to be longer than two weeks, since our last stand out.
