Are you considering becoming a candidate for Town office? Now's the time to get organized for the March 5, 2019 Town Election! The LWV Wellesley is sponsoring an evening to discuss how Wellesley's town government works, what offices will be on the ballot in March, and the nuts and bolts of running a campaign. Don McCauley, the Town Moderator, and KC Kato, the Town Clerk, will lead the discussion. Light refreshments will be served. More details are available in this flyer. Note that nominating papers will become available on December 5, 2018 and more information on local elections can be found on the Town Clerk of Wellesley's website.

Some useful information about Wellesley's representational form of town government, Town Meeting, is provided by Wellesley's former Town Clerk and former Town Moderator here. The video of last year's event, with former Selectmen Terri Tsagaris and former Town Clerk Kathy Nagle, is available here.
