Note: This letter was sent in response to the article in the Sunday Insight section that discussed recent IRS action that will eliminate reporting requirements for "dark money" donated to certain nonprofits, as well as a new film, "Dark Money", premiering in the Bay Area.
Last week Tuesday, July 17th, Winnebago County became the 40th Wisconsin county board to pass a resolution in favor of a fair maps process that's independent, nonpartisan, and transparent. That makes 55% of all counties––represe
