Christina Brooks is a results-driven professional with 20 years of experience working with underrepresented populations in public, private, local, national and international settings. The Shelby Decision is a 2013 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that effectively allowed districts with a history of racial discrimination to enact strict voter photo ID laws without federal approval.
