Active participation of our members is the lifeblood of our organization and allows us to provide programs that help to promote knowledge and information about issues important to our organization.
As a grassroots organization, member involvement is essential to achieving our mission, but being actively involved isn’t just good for League, it’s good for you, too! Helping with the work of League is a great way to network with other groups, build your organizational skills, hone your writing or public speaking skills, or learn more about your government. You’ll have fun, meet interesting people, and help League all at the same time!
