Confused About Issue 1 and the Redistricting Process?
We get it - there is a lot of conflicting information out there about Issue 1 and what gerrymandering is. How can a voter separate fact from fiction? Start by reviewing these documents:
- AMENDMENT LANGUAGE: Read the proposed amendment language. as drafted by a citizen-led group and certified by the Ohio Ballot Board If passed, this is the ACTUAL language that will appear in the Ohio Constitution.
