Public comments to the FAA concerning an Aeronautical Study No. 2017-ANM-5386-OE concerning 5 structures. 2017-ANM-5386-OE LNG Tank South, 2017-ANM-5387-OE LNG Tank North, 2017-ANM-5388-OE Oxidizer, 2019-ANM-5196-OE Amine Contactor, and 2019-ANM-5197-OE Amine Regenerator.

These structures exceed obstruction standards on existing and planned airspace use, air navigation facilities, airports, aircraft operations, procedures & minimum flight altitudes, and the air traffic control system. Interested persons are invited to participate in the study by submitting comments by email or postal mail.

Comments must provide sufficient detail to permit a clear understanding & must include the study number 2017-ANM-5386-OE and be received by 10-10-2019.
