LITTLE ROCK, AR — Yesterday, the US District Court for the Western District of Arkansas ruled in favor of the League of Women Voters of Arkansas (LWVAR) and Save AR Democracy (SARD) and blocked enforcement of several laws related to Arkansas’ direct democracy process.
