- US citizen and resident of California
- 18 years or older on Nov 3rd
- Not currently in prison or on parole for a felony conviction
- Not found incompetent to vote by a court
If you possess a California Driver’s License or ID Card, have it handy while completing your online voter registration.
If you do not have either, have a printer available so you can print & sign your voter registration application and mail it in OR email us at voterservices [at] lwv-pa.org for help.
