Acute anxiety and depression are on the rise among teens today. The League of Women Voters Aurora Area is presenting a program on September 19th that looks at this issue and possible solutions. The program "The Kids Are Not Alright" is co-sponsored by the Santori Library. The program will take place at the Library at 6:30 p.m. You may register and receive the Zoom link through the Library's website https://www.aurorapubliclibrary.org/events
The speakers are: Sarah Ramos from the Aurora Youth Advisory Council, Katherine McCormack of the Kane County Health Department Behavioral Health Unit, and Dr. Brian Rooney of the Batavia Counselors Collaboration.
