This is the 2nd International Women’s Day Breakfast event for the LWVCCA and a team of host organizations. The Cape Cod Women’s Coalition formerly hosted this event for 7 years. The program will honor multigenerational groups of women who are representative of the community including workingwomen, students, community activists/leaders, elected officials, local business owners and leaders of nonprofits. To celebrate International Women’s Day specific to our region. Through the gathering of women and allies across Cape Cod, we hope to raise awareness of the needs, systemic barriers and challenges for women in all aspects of life. Cape Cod’s focus is unity and collaboration. Collaboration in action is key to advancing women’s equality.
