Three weeks ago, our League’s Facebook page was suspended for “violating community standards of impersonation”. Our Facebook editor, Anita Sanchez, appealed the decision (Facebook could never specify what we were “impersonating”). Recently, we were reinstated. A number of other Leagues in NYS have had the same problem. We’re afraid this harassment will continue so Anita has started a League page on Bluesky, not associated with Meta.
