Website Handouts to help you prepare for Opening Day

We'll continue to add updated handouts to our Current Legislature webpage as the information becomes available.

Public Zoom Workshops

We've scheduled our January 2026 public zoom workshops.  These will be recorded, so even if you can't attend, go ahead and register and we'll email the recording to those that registered after each session.

NEW Primary Search

The Capitol webmaster team rolled out a new Primary Search bar at the top of capitol.hawaii.gov in early December.  The majority of the legislature's website looks and works the same (including Reports and Lists options), but the new Primary Search is a huge improvement over the previous keyword search.

Filtering by Documents content type will search entire PDFs.  If you want to search the entire text of a bill (including past versions) or look for testimony, GIA applications, committee reports, session laws and more - select Documents as the content type, or look for the Documents filter on the left side bar of the results screen on a PC (if using your phone to search results may look different).
