THE OFFICIALS is a 26-minute documentary sharing a powerful behind-the-scenes look at a politically diverse group of election officials who remain dedicated to serving their communities and ensuring every eligible vote is counted. Under the microscope and under attack, election officials in rural and urban jurisdictions of four battleground states prepare for the contentious 2024 contest.

The League of Women Voters of the Akron Area is hosting a viewing of the documentary, "The Officials", followed by a Q & A  where you can hear from our local Summit County Board of Elections Director, Lance Reed, and the Board Chair, Bill Rich.
