Join us as we tour the United Way facility, learn about the United Way mission and vision, and enjoy an interactive overview of the various services UWSM offers Greater Akron and Medina, particularly for the “ALICE” (asset-limited, income-constrained, employed) community. The day will conclude with a tour of the adjacent Sojourner Truth plaza hosted by LWVAA member and Sojourner Truth Project Chair Towanda Mullins and UWSM COO Cathryn O’Malley.

Boxed lunches for $15 will be available for purchase when you sign up to attend. Each lunch includes a sandwich or wrap, potato chips and a chocolate chip cookie. Bottled water will be provided with your lunch.
