Meeting Summary:

7276 – 7300 vouchers were approved. Minutes from 9/21/22 and 9/29/22 were approved.

There was no public comment

Ballot allocation for the November 8, 2022 general election at this time is 111,105 based upon the number of registered voters plus adjustments for previous ballots cast and a 1% increase.

Machine allocations for the election are as follows:

• 76 DS 200’s
• 53 Express Vote
• 137 Poll Pads
• 621 booths/carrels

Board members will attend the OAEO conference in Columbus from January 11 – 13.

The final certification of the election will be on November 23, 2022.

The office will be closed the week between Christmas and New Years.
