The board authorized adding contests from Summit County that overlap and have been approved in Tallmadge. They agreed to let Tiera Moore have a hearing on why only 73 or her 175 signatures were approved, leaving her two short to make the ballot for Kent City School Board. She will appear Thursday, Sept.2
