Update on County Home Rule Study

The Coos County League will present an update of their progress on the study of County Home Rule in Oregon.  In the past, Coos County has voted on whether to have a home rule charter, and the League couldn’t take a position on it because we didn’t have a detailed local study on the subject.  A committee has done research so that we won’t get caught unprepared if there’s another Home Rule movement in the county.  

The presentation on Saturday, November 16th will update us on the progress the committee has made.
