As a longtime Delaware County poll worker and member of the League of Women Voters, I laughed when I read House Republican leader Bryan Cutler’s comment that 73% of the people support voter ID while (only) 50% support earlier pre-canvassing of mail-in ballots.

Pennsylvania’s primary election will be Tuesday, April 23. In the 2024 Pennsylvania Primary, the race for President is no longer contested. However, the race for U.S. Senator for Pennsylvania is contested. There are also contested races for PA Attorney General, PA Auditor General, and PA Treasurer.
