Join the League of Women Voters and the National Institute for Civil Discourse in a session to learn how to evaluate our values and then act from those values, while understanding the importance of small, intentional actions inside our circles of influence to create ripples. The session will include interactive breakout opportunities and learning on how to use a tool that can help us face the challenges of division in our politics today.

The presenter is Dr. Lisa Goldstein, a practicing psychiatrist and a grassroots activist, who will explore strategies for surviving, thriving and resisting in 2025 and into the future. She draws on evidence based mental health strategies and the work of experts in authoritarianism.
