Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts is partnering with a number of organizations to hold forums with the candidates for Pennsylvania's appellate courts. The goal of the forums is to educate Pennsylvanians about the candidates and the courts for which they are vying, so that voters can make more informed decisions when they go to the polls.
