The League of Women Voters is a nonpartisan volunteer organization that encourages citizens to become informed and active participants in our government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.

Earlier this month over 14,000 naturalized Tennessee citizens received letters from the TN Secretary of State's office notifying them that their status did not match the records from the DMV database.  Does this feel like voter intimidation?  We believe the answer is yes.
