September 14-18 is Disability Voting Rights Week.

On Monday, September 14, 7 p.m., the LWV-VA DEI Committee will host a webinar focusing on how we can ensure that people with a disability can exercise their right to vote and build power as a community of active, voting citizens.

Lucy Beadnell is the Chief Advocacy and Policy Officer of the ARC of Northern Virginia. Nichole Davis is the Director of the Endependence Center, the Center for Independent Living serving South Hampton Roads. They are both members of REV UP Virginia, a coalition of people and organizations that work to protect and expand voting rights for people with disabilities.
