A few high level takeaways,

• This August completes the 4th year of work on the program with 29% of the physical work being completed. (RR work 2017 - 2038)
• BART, in collaboration with its unions, was able to utilize the reduced service hours this past year to accelerate the RR work which both accomplishes the bond work sooner and reduces the number of disruptions to ridership and the public.
• Of BART's required work, RR only represents 15% of the work/funding and at present there is an overall $10 billion dollar capital funding gap.
