Meet Your Local Officials (affectionately known as “MYLO”) is an annual League of Women Voters Benicia event. 

This year’s 14th annual event will take place on Friday, February 22, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. We are lucky to be having the event this year at the Estey offices, 216 First Street, and request that everyone come in via the front door to be greeted.

Benicia and Solano County elected officials and staff are invited, as well as the public. We hope this is a fun and yet serious event, giving everyone the chance to informally talk to local officials. People usually drop by, have a drink and a nibble, and mingle so don’t feel you are expected to stay for the entire two hours. MYLO fosters and encourages this easy, informative and active participation in government and all are welcome to attend.
