SOLANO COUNTY REGISTRAR OF VOTERS Excellent multipurpose site for almost all your election needs: Online Voter Registration (change your address, party, request a mail-in ballot, overseas voters, sign up for ballot alerts), District Maps, Candidate Information, Results, and much more.
 
Haven't Received Your Ballot? All registered California voters will be mailed ballots. If you have not received yours, contact the Registrar by telephone (707) 784-6675 or send an email to Elections [at] solanocounty.com, and say "Hey, where's my ballot?"
 
Ballots can be returned by mail postage-free! No need to add stamps.
