Holiday Brunch with League

On Wednesday, December 6, 2023, Orange Coast League of Women Voters hosted a festive Brunch with League gathering in Irvine, CA.

The speaker for this meeting was Malia Cary, who is the Government & Public Affairs Manager at Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County. She spoke about the important work done by Second Harvest in supporting those facing food insecurity here in Orange County. Through advocacy work, they strive to educate and work collaboratively with community-based partners and elected officials to promote effective policy change.
