Board members present on their areas of responsibility, and the group discusses upcoming and future events, planning, and changes.

Per the Bylaws adopted May 21, 2022, Board meetings must be held at least 4 times per year. 

• Usually board meeting are scheduled on the first Monday of a month.
• Board meeting are currently held virtually but may be subject to change in the future.
• All members are welcome to attend.
• Contact board president if interested in attending.

For 22-23 year, beginning July 1, 2022, the four mandated meetings are scheduled: 
September 12, 2022, January 9, 2023 (changed from 12/5/22), March 6, 2023, June 5, 2023
