 1. Taco Bar - Carne Asada & Chicken, Corn Tortillas, Onions, Cilantro, Shredded Cheese, Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, Tortilla Chips with Nacho Cheese & Salsa, Caesar Salad, Fruit platter

 2. Salad Bar - (vegetarian optional) - Mixed Greens, Tomato, Grated Carrots, Chopped Hard Boiled Eggs, Grated Cheese, Croutons, Grilled Chicken Strips, Choice of Ranch, Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressings and Oil & Vinegar, Tortilla Chips with Nacho Cheese & Salsa, Fruit Platter, Garlic Bread

Reservations will close when the event is sold out or at noon on February 13, whichever comes first.
