Ten Actions and Ten Processes That Cities Can Take to Reduce Their Greenhouse Gas Emissions

LWV-PA’s Kathy Berlin chairs the LWVUS Climate Action Plans Committee, and LWV-PA member Cynthia Cannady chairs the subcommittee of that team which produced the “Ten Actions” and “Ten Processes” that cities can take to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. The Committee studied specific climate actions taken by local governments throughout the nation to develop these Ten Actions and Processes, which we reprint below.
