Handling an Address Change

LWV-PA recently received an email from a voter who was forced to relocate to her daughter’s home until the coronavirus pandemic is over.

Her question: How do I provide the Registrar’s Office with my temporary address change?

Our answer: Re-register to vote and update the mailing address section to reflect your daughter’s home address. Do not change your residence address. That way, you can still receive the vote-by-mail ballot appropriate to your home precinct.
