Speaker #3: Bruce Frey, 5th generation Family Farmer and former Chair of the Farm Bureau.
Speaker #4: Bill Reynolds, VP at the Bank of Stockton and works in the Business and Agricultural Lending section of the Bank. He will talk about Credit Availability and Risk Management and how it affects farmers/agriculture.
