What do all these organizations have in common? Each has an interest in the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) that will form the legal framework for resolving groundwater issues affecting cities, agriculture, and domestic well-users in San Joaquin County.

These organizations recently (July 2019) submitted a joint letter constructively criticizing the Public Outreach efforts and making suggestions on how to better inform all affected parties on this critical issue.
