PREVAIL, formerly Women's Center-Youth & Family Services, is creating opportunities for hope, healing and growth by breaking intergenerational cycles of violence and abuse. As San Joaquin County's primary provider of services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking and youth homelessness, PREVAIL strives to fill service gaps to meet the community need while providing safety, compassion and respect for individuals, families and young people.
