Keynote Speaker: California Secretary of State Shirley N. Weber, Ph.D., is a powerful voice for justice who has dedicated her career to defending and strengthening our most fundamental civil rights, including the right to vote. She will share her strategies regarding efforts to protect, secure and expand Californian’s right to vote and to promote youth engagement.
A panel discussion led by youth leaders from throughout Solano County will share their perspectives, current efforts underway, and suggestions to increase their peers’ awareness, involvement, and civic engagement.
