Happy New Year League Members!
We’re entering the heart of Legislative Interview season and time is running out to meet with your local representatives to discuss their legislative priorities. If you haven’t already, now is the time to start scheduling meetings and building your interview team. The deadline to submit your interview report is February 22 so please don’t delay.
Want to learn more about the ins and outs of Legislative Interviews? Join members of the LWVC board and advocacy team at one of our Town Halls in early January. These Town Halls will give you a chance to learn more about the process and what other Leagues are doing. You can register for one of the Town Halls using the links below. We encourage you to select the one for your geographic area so you can connect with other leaders near you, but you are welcome to join any session.
- January 6 from 12:00 to 1:00, Southern California
- January 7, from 6:00 to 7:00, Central Coast and Valley
- January 8 from 12:00 to 1:00, Northern California
