The Woodland Senior Center and the City of Woodland’s Commission on Aging would like to invite you to the annual Senior Resource Fair to be held on Thursday, May 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Woodland Community & Senior Center, 2001 East Street in Woodland.

This is an excellent opportunity for resources throughout the region to present information for seniors in an open-house setting. This invitation is extended to local resources including healthcare information, assisted living facilities, support groups, exercise, health and wellness, emotional and social programs, and more. Every resource will be allocated a table to present their information.

If the conditions allow, this will be an indoor event. If conditions prevent an indoor event, we will move outside to the meandering sidewalks of the Woodland Sports Park (on the same campus).

Should your organization be interested in participating in the Senior Resource Fair, please complete the application form.

Notes for the day:

• Arrive to the Woodland Community & Senior Center between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m. to check in and to set up at your table. We will open the doors to the public at 9:00 a.m.
• Enter the building through the main entrance and walk straight through the main lobby into the gymnasium. The sign-in table will be just outside the gymnasium doors.
• Table locations will be assigned by the Commission on Aging.
• Every organization will have an 8’ table. We recommend you bring a tablecloth or other table covering. You can also split a table with another attending organization of your choosing. We require a separate application from each vendor.
• No hot plates for food service will be allowed in the exhibition area.
• There will be no lectures offered for 2022.

What you should bring to the Fair:

• Table covering, banners, signs, easels, and business cards.
• Literature that describes your organization including pamphlets, flyers, posters, etc.
• (If you have any) Give-aways that connects your organization to those interested.

Application deadline is Friday, May 13. All applications will be taken on a first come, first served basis. There are only 70 tables available and we will not be able to accommodate all requests. For additional information, contact Dallas Tringali at (530) 661-2005.
