Objectives:
  1. Action by Yolo County in the field of regional countywide parks and recreational facilities.
  2. Citizen participation in planning.
  3. A balanced, diversified program.
  4. Coordination of public and private development plans.
  5. Adequate financing to maintain and extend services for a growing population; investigation of all sources of revenue for parks and recreation; encouragement of participation by private groups and individuals.
