DVRC is Delaware's first statewide coalition of voting rights organizations and advocates. The long list of partners includes (of course) the League of Women Voters of Delaware, but also the ACLU of Delaware, Common Cause Delaware, the Anti-Defamation League, numerous sororities and fraternities, the Central Delaware NAACP and the NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund, and the Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice.

The organization encourages voters and policymakers to consider reforms that will improve access to voting. Through their work, they empower a diverse and broad range of communities to identify and remedy barriers to the ballot box. They work with legislators, local election officials, and the Department of Elections to make these reform recommendations a reality.
