The Cape Gazette covered the League of Women Voters' Observer Corps report to Sussex County Council on 9/24/19.  An article written by Ryan Mavity appeared in their 10/4/19 edition and can be read at the above link.  Mr. Mavity quoted B.R. Breen, the chair of the League's Observer Corps, who delivered the report on issues regarding transparency and inconsistencies of policies demonstrated at the government meetings they had observed during the past year.
