The Social Policy Committee recently sponsored a Happy Hour presentation which detailed the terms of the settlement agreement reached between Governor Carney and the plaintiffs in the recent education equity lawsuit. 

As the Governor's budget has now been presented, the Social Policy Committee invites you to contact your state legislators to request that they support budget recommendations that address the terms of the settlement agreement.  You can find tools for following through with this recommendation on the website of Education Equity Delaware (www.educationequityde.org.).
