The LWV of Delaware CONVENTION 2019  is being held on June 1st.  It will feature a catered lunch and refreshments.

Agenda: The business of the convention this year will be the election of officers and directors, adoption of a  two-year budget and a two-year program, and consideration of proposed bylaw changes. 
 
Theme: How to make our/your voice heard 
A panel of Delaware state legislators will address the above with Q & A  
(and how LWV Advocacy Corps does its job as well as advocacy techniques for all of us)

Schedule:
8:30 am:  Registration
Continental breakfast 
9:00 am to noon:  Business meeting and panel discussion in the morning Break for lunch at noon 12:15 pm:  Lunch, socializing and networking 
1:15-3:00pm: business meeting and possible workshop
3:00-4:00 pm:  time built in to schedule above items just in case (planning in progress)
Scheduled breaks 15 minutes a.m. and p.m.

Registration fee: $25 which includes catered lunch arranged by Kent County members. The registration fee to be paid on arrival WITH CASH OR CHECK made out to LWVDE.  We do need your to RSVP to the office (lwvde [at] comcast.net) so they will know how much to order.
