We need to show Senator Carper and Senator Coons that Delawareans support S.1 and that we expect them to work vigorously to get it passed.

This legislation will put power back into the hands of American voters by:

• Restoring the Voting Rights Act
• Modernizing our voter registration system
• Helping voters understand who is trying to influence our vote by shining a light on big money donors
• Establishing criteria and transparency to limit partisan gerrymandering

As an organization dedicated to empowering voters and defending democracy, the League of Women Voters is one of the original supporters of the For the People Act.

The bus from Sussex will depart from the Lowes parking lot in Lewes at 9am.  The cost is $22.
